27. January 2020. in Novi Pazar, as part of the project “Hate Crimes Moot Court for Young Lawyers of Southwestern Serbia”, mentor session on topic: “The skill of writing a response to an indictment and presenting a defense at the main trial” is realized.

Mentor session was held by doc. dr Aladin Semovic, a attorney from Novi Pazar.

The purpose of this mentoring session is to familiarize the program participants with the elements of writing a response to the indictment, the skill of presenting the defense at the main trial, as well as how to present the opening statement, behaviour of the defendant’s defense counsel in the presentation of evidence, and the closing arguments at the main trial.
