Mentor session on the topic of: “The skill of writing the indictment and representation at the main trial” held

21 January 2020 at Novi Pazar, within the project “Hate Crimes Moot Court for Young Lawyers of Southwestern Serbia” mentor session on topic: “The skill of writing the indictment and representation at the main trial” is realized.

Mentor session was held by Adnan Baćićanin, Deputy of Higher Public Prosecutor in Novi Pazar.

The purpose of this mentoring session is to familiarize the program participants with the elements of the indictment, the writing skills of the indictment, as well as how to present the introductory statement, behavior of prosecutor’s in the providing of evidence, and the giving of final statements at the trial.
