Mentor session on the topic of: “The skill of writing a first instance verdict in criminal procedure” held

27 January 2020 in Novi Pazar, as part of the project “Hate Crimes Moot Court for Young Lawyers of Southwestern Serbia”, mentor session on topic: “The skill of writing a first instance verdict in criminal procedure” is realized.

The mentoring session was realized by Azra Fetahović, Judicial assistant at the Higher Court in Novi Pazar.

The goal of this mentoring session is to familiarize the program participants with the elements of the verdict of criminal court and the skills of writing the verdict in criminal procedure, as well as with procedure of managing with main trial.
