As part of the series “Fighting Discrimination and Promoting Intercultural Dialogue and Trust Building”, the eighth episode of the video tutorial entitled “Conflict Management” was published. The series of video tutorials “Fight against discrimination and promotion of intercultural dialogue and building trust” was filmed by the citizens’ association MONITOR from Novi Pazar in partnership with the City of Novi Pazar, and with the financial support of the European Union and the Council of Europe, through joint program “Promotion of diversity and equality in Serbia”.
This episode of the series deals with conflicts, with a special focus on their peaceful and constructive resolution. In a conversation with the guest of this episode, Azra Crnovršanin, president of the Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities – CODE, we tried to acquaint viewers with the concept and specifics of conflict, types of conflict, stages through which a conflict is known, and how it develops and what are the ways, ie methods of peaceful and constructive conflict resolution.
