The My Novi Pazar app is a modern tool that, as concluded during its introduction, will quickly become a key instrument for connecting citizens with local government and improving everyday life in the city. Its presentation to young members of local communities, as part of the eighteenth consultative meeting, sparked a wave of enthusiasm and innovative ideas, provided by the users themselves, who are most actively engaged in improving their communities.

The app has enabled young people to quickly and efficiently stay in touch with information, activities, and events in their surroundings, making them active participants in decision-making processes and in solving local issues.

The feedback from young people was extremely positive – they were excited about the possibility of easily reporting and resolving issues affecting their local community, as well as directly communicating with the responsible authorities. By participating in the exchange of ideas and opinions through the app, young people expressed a strong desire to improve their environment. Some of the most interesting initiatives included suggestions for ecological projects, organizing cultural events, and improving infrastructure in local communities. These ideas, coming directly from the users, show that the app is not just a tool, but also a catalyst for social change and youth engagement.

The My Novi Pazar app places local communities at the center of attention, enabling fast and efficient communication between citizens and local government representatives. In this way, the app becomes a bridge between the administration and the citizens, making decision-making and problem-solving processes more transparent and inclusive.
