At the twenty-second of twenty-six planned meetings gathering young leaders and members of local communities, the focus was on the technical capacities and user possibilities offered by the My Novi Pazar application. The meeting brought together representatives from various parts of the city with the aim of familiarizing them with all aspects of this digital platform, which seeks to improve communication between citizens and local authorities. Through an interactive presentation, participants had the opportunity to explore the app’s features in detail and learn about its potential to enhance the daily lives of Novi Pazar’s citizens.

The My Novi Pazar platform provides easy access to all key information about local services, community events, and updates on current projects and initiatives. In addition, the app enables citizens to quickly and efficiently report various issues and irregularities, and to communicate with local authorities on matters of shared interest. Through this application, all users—including youth—can stay informed about available services and opportunities for active participation in social processes.

Special emphasis was placed on the role of the app in educating citizens about their rights and opportunities for participation. Participants learned how My Novi Pazar offers tools to help users better understand their rights and how it facilitates active involvement in decision-making at the local level.
