Mentor session on the topic of: “Building of prosecution case’ theory and positioning elements of a criminal offence through a list evidence” held

20 January 2020 at Novi Pazar, within the project “Hate Crimes Moot Court for Young Lawyers of Southwestern Serbia” mentor session on topic: “Building of prosecution case’ theory and positioning elements of a criminal offence through a list evidence” is realized.

Mentor session was held by prof. dr Aleksandar R. Ivanović, president of steering committee of CSO Monitor.

The aim of this mentoring session is to participants of program get acquainted with the way in which the so-called the prosecution case’ theory is building, as well as how making the plan of proving all the constituent elements of a criminal offense in a given criminal case, through the crating of so-called lists of evidence.
