As part of the project “Hate Crimes Moot Court for Young Lawyers of Southwestern Serbia” with the aim of better preparation for the simulations, the participants of this program will, from January 21-29, attend hearings on several criminal cases pending before the High Court in Novi Pazar.

The aim is that in this way the participants of the program will be directly acquainted with the atmosphere in the courtroom, the manner in which the trial subjects are behave at the hearing, and to deepen their theoretical knowledge regarding the procedure at main trial.
