As part of the series “Fight against discrimination and promotion of intercultural dialogue and trust building”, the second episode of the video tutorial entitled “Criminal-law protection against discrimination and hate speech” was published. The series of video tutorials “Fight against discrimination and promotion of intercultural dialogue and trust building” was filmed by the CSO MONITOR from Novi Pazar in partnership with the City of Novi Pazar, and with the financial support of the European Union and the Council of Europe, through joint program “Promotion of diversity and equality in Serbia”.
This episode of the series deals with criminal law protection against discrimination and hate speech. In a conversation with the guest of this episode, prof. dr Emir Ćorović, associate professor of criminal law at the Department of Legal Sciences of the State University in Novi Pazar, we tried to acquaint viewers with the ways of achieving criminal-legal protection against discrimination and hate speech.
