The “My Novi Pazar” application is an innovative digital tool that provides citizens—especially young people—with quick and easy access to all relevant information and services offered by the local community, as concluded at the end of the sixteenth consultative meeting dedicated to presenting the app. The participants of the session, young people from various local communities, learned how the app offers insight into the latest announcements, cultural and sports events, as well as access to important features such as public services, notifications about public calls, and opportunities for participating in various social initiatives. The app allows youth to easily stay connected with their local community, encouraging them to be more actively involved in the life of their city and neighborhoods. Through interactive features, the app also enables direct communication with local authorities, improving awareness and fostering greater youth participation in decision-making processes that affect their lives.

One of the key advantages of the “My Novi Pazar” app is its role in conducting targeted surveys, which is of great importance to local governance. Through the app, local authorities can quickly and efficiently conduct research among young people, gathering essential data to shape policies that reflect their needs and interests. The application allows rapid outreach to a broad user base, significantly increasing response rates and ensuring the collection of relevant data. In addition, digital surveys reduce the risk of errors often associated with traditional survey methods, while giving youth the opportunity to voice their opinions on topics related to their everyday lives, education, employment, and other community aspects.
