With the mentor session on the topic of: “Providing of material evidence in the crime cases with element of hatred”, continued project activities on program entitled “Hate Crimes Moot Court for Young Lawyers of Southwestern Serbia” which is implementing by the CSO Monitor from Novi Pazar with the financial support of the United States Embassy in Serbia from September 2019 until February 2020.

Aforementioned mentor session was held by professor Aleksandar B. Ivanović, Director of Forensic Center Police Directorate of Montenegro and professor of forensic science and management of criminalistics investigation at Department for law sciences of IUNP and Law faculty of University of Montenegro in Podgorica.

The aim of this mentor session is to participants familiarize with the police aspect of the work on providing evidence at pre-investigative phase of criminal proceedings, with a particular focus on the practical experiences of police in hatred criminal cases.
