Pursuant to Article 36 in conjunction with Article 66, paragraph 3 of the Law on Local Self-Government (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 129/2007, 83/2014 – other law, 101/2016 – other law and 47/2018 ), Article 50 of the Statute of the City of Novi Pazar (“Official Gazette of the City of Novi Pazar” No. 6/2019), Articles 56, 75 and 83 of the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly of the City of Novi Pazar (“Official Gazette of the City of Novi Pazar”, No. 6 / 2019), the Assembly of the City of Novi Pazar, at a session held on May 18, 2021, made a decision on the election of the President, Deputy President and members of the Youth Council.

Amra Šabotić was appointed president of the Youth Council of the city of Novi Pazar, and Aleksandra Nešković was appointed deputy president. In addition to the election of the president and vice president, the mentioned decision also appointed 13 members of the Youth Council of Novi Pazar, and one of the appointed members is a member of the MONITOR CSO, Rafet Nikšić, a law graduate from Novi Pazar.
